Fernando M. Giachino, J.D., LL.M.

A resident of the beautiful city of Stuart for more than 40 years, Mr. Giachino is passionate about the people and rich history of the area. He enjoys using his legal knowledge and expertise to help fellow locals navigate the complexities of the law, protect their families and assets, and plan for their future. He takes pride in serving his community and brings a genuine compassion and dedication to every case and client.

Mr. Giachino is active in the community and participates in various professional, social, and community activities. He currently serves on the Professional Advisor Council and the Foundation Board of Directors of the Martin Memorial Health Foundation (now Cleveland Clinic) and is a Member of the Board of Directors and former Chair of the Board of Directors for the Historical Society of Martin County. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Treasure Coast Tennis Foundation.  He previously served on the board of the American Red Cross – Martin County Chapter, Helping People Succeed (HPS), formerly Tri County TEC, and The Education Foundation of Martin County.

Mr. Giachino is a board certified lawyer by The Florida Bar in the area of wills, trusts, and estates. He was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and raised in Martin County, Florida. He currently resides in Stuart with his wife and two children.
